Isaac newton and Einstein both believed in some form of God, so did Socrates and Plato. Criticizing particular religion is one thing, but the existence of God is a question many of the greatest philosophers to have ever lived have tackled, and no one has reached a satisfactory conclusion. It’s certainly not a question internet atheists have the capacity to answer or even understand the question

Exactly. It’s very rare when I hear that an atheist transitions to a believer. I’m always surprised when it happens. I can compare it with a transgender transition: rare but yet shocking!
