Well, I asked the same question to my friend that works at multibillion heavy industry HR, said its one thing that disqualifies a candidate. Her reasoning was if you feel free to disconnect from working routine for 2 years, there is a high chance you will not develope loyalty towards employer as you clearly vaule your own freedom and wellbeing more than work. Where is the truth then?
