The truth is always the authority and for me, NEVER vice-versa because if AUTHORITY usurps truth, truth becomes static fossilized DOGMA... The truth is like a beautiful woman running always just ahead...just as you quicken your pace she disappears around the corner... She's ever fetching but ever receding into the distance...incredibly seductive and drawing your best efforts further ahead to just glimpse but never capture... She is truth--->ever approachable but never attainable.
