I understand that taxes and insurance goes up. I’ve been in this house for 18 years and have had increases over the years but never a $400 increase. The bank is charging me for an increase in taxes and insurance and also a $263/month shortage charge for a true up on my escrow account. Also, there’s no notification when this happens. I logged into my account and checked the Letters and Notifications section and there’s no notification there. I also didn’t receive anything in the mail.
