You all really don’t know differences between cities and neighborhoods at all. Beverly Hills, Malibu, Santa Monica are all cities that are NOT LA. They have their own mayors that is not under Karen Bass. Most of the NEIGHBORHOODS in the Valley ARE LA. Karen Bass is the mayor.
