Me too in Monmouth, and I do love it here…the summers, the farms, the beaches, etc., though I know eventually the taxes may price me out as I get closer to retirement age, and am really saddened by what is, at least in the last 20 years or so, the pervasive over-development and luxury-housing construction, courtesy of mega builders like Hovnanian & real estate investment firms. But it’s still beautiful and it’s home & I’ll fight to stay here as long as I can until I have no choice! 💙🌊
