I cannot wait to see how many people trash talk California without ever having lived there

My one bedroom rent in SF is $3.000! But I have been in love with it since 1985. L.A. is great too. Some cities suck though. Specially the ones heavily Republican and hypocritical religious Trumpf’ supporters false moralists.

Born in the Bay Area, moved to the Sacramento area. Yes it is a great place to live; great weather, easy access to recreational opportunities, very fresh foods since we grow it all, citrus survives in a lot of locations, outside the big metro areas housing is doable (still high compared to other states, but you don’t have to live in the other states), liberal policies that support families and individuals, and very much a live and let live culture. Costa Rica and Hawaii are possibly better.
