So airline execs being grilled on Capitol Hill today said they don’t keep track of metrics based on bad fees. In other word, they can’t report their profits on bag fees because they don’t measure that metric. Now I have worked in corporate America for 40 years at an executive level and I can guarantee you that every profit metric is measured. I call bull 💩
