And yet the blessed Virgin Mary, filled with the Holy Spirit, said “all generations will call me blessed.” So, since God saw to it that her words were enshrined in Holy Scripture, it would seem that he would have us call his mother blessed. And if you look at revelation chapter 12 this woman, who is clearly the blessed virgin Mary, is called the mother of all Christians (cf. Rev 12:17) and we’re commanded to honor our Father and Mother. So, God commands us to honor our Blessed Mother.

After all, Jesus is Mary’s God, whom she prays too. Why not go to the source right?
