On the anesthesia thing, when I had my first miscarriage in an ER they performed a D&C without any anesthesia, local or otherwise. The nurse patted my hand and said no worries, honey, this will go quick! My daughter had suspicious cells ablated from her cervix without anesthesia. I thought she was going to break my hand she was squeezing! 3 months ago, I had to have a tooth pulled due to bone loss. The pain was excruciating and had me laid up for days before I could get in to have it done ⬇️
