DoorDash is the worst. First, they won't bother picking up your order unless you tip ahead of time. Second, if you live in an apartment complex forget about it (the bigger the complex, the less likely you get your stuff.) Third-they don't care who they deliver to. As long as they get close.

DoorDash has gone downhill. If you have orders with multiple issues that you are not at fault for, they get suspicious of you and withhold any compensation. Also whenever I order from this one place with DoorDash my order is not made correctly by the restaurant, yet if I order it through GrubHub or Uber Eats there’s no issue. Sus.

I had a friend that used to do DD she drove about 5 miles to drop off the order did everything as instructed her tip went from $9 to $3 wasn't worth the trip I started going with her to deliver cause some idiot pulled a gun on her while standing naked at the door he got arrested. She quit doing DD after some perv asked her 15 yr old daughter for her number

I ordered door dash the other night because it’s colder than my age out right now by about 30 and I just didn’t feel like getting out. But when they got close to the house I stepped out on the porch because I have 3 dogs who lose their mind and act like they’re going to eat whoever is at the door. Anywho, it was couple and the man was smoking. Which, I’m a smoker, I get it. But my food stunk. So he must have chain smoked from the restaurant to my house. So gross.

At least you weren’t hacked like I was and charged for a $100 steak and lobster meal. Someone used hacked into my Grubhub account, changed my address to some shady looking parking lot in a business area that wasn’t anywhere close by. I got the text message saying my food would be delivered soon and was miffed by that because I didn’t order anything. I did some digging and some guy hacked into my account. Grubhub refused to cancel the order but refunded my money.

You dummy the credits are the refund they are on the DoorDash app to use instantly or you can refund back to your card

Stop using delivery apps. Just go get your food.

I only used them once and they literally couldn’t find my building - a large condo high rise with 2000 units. Didn’t show up on the app. Customer service couldn’t help. Um ok I’ll just use someone else. Bizarre

I've never had an issue with doordash not refunding my money. I've had to do that a few times.
