On that whole MC (sick leave) hoohaa. When I was an ops manager my response always depended on who was out on sick leave. It sounded like this: “Lah! Dia lagi???!” And “Eh dia sakit?” *picked up the phone to find out how the staff is. This is the reason why I have a very different opinion on sick leaves. Managers might not know what you’re actually up to, but believe me, they actually do. We are just waiting for you to fafo and then the trash will hopefully take itself out.
