You know how I know I’ve healed my internalized shame around “doing better than my parents”? We are flying first class across the country, to Canada, to see the final night of Taylor Swift The Eras Tour, staying at the Four Seasons, and have insane VIP seats…. And I feel nothing but joy. Zero guilt. Just grateful to have healed generations of programming and trauma. Inner child is about to LIVE, alongside my 8 year old son, as we scream Bad Blood with 80,000 of our newest swifty besties. 🫶🏼
