Sorry to hear that. I assumed they are some young kids who's just scared of their managers. Most of the time any cafes here would love to provide you a hot water for the baby, its just so unfortunate that you experience this.

Coz many places never charged us for it. Even if they did, they’d tell us straight that we’ve to pay for it and it was never a problem!
