This is one of my favorite cold weather dessert recipes. The key to making a successful roll cake is to roll it right after removing from the oven, so be sure to be ready with your powdered sugar dusted parchment paper! I forgot to dust mine and it ended up sticking just a bit🫠—but don’t worry, it was still absolutely delicious!
