I was today years old when I found out swaddling is no longer recommended due to it restricting baby's natural Moro reflex, putting them into deep sleep, increasing the risk of SIDS. 😭 I am grateful I never forced my swaddle-hating babies to do it, because I had really bad PPA regarding SIDS. 😭 ParentsofThreads
