Or - Management could just increase their employees' hourly wage by 25 percent.

Saying is owner is making you pay 25% of staff wages. Per meal, because he's a greedy owner probably from New York or California.

So-so service I am tipping 10-15%, average service 18%, superior service 20%. Auto tip when with a large group of 18% is acceptable. Mandated tip of 25% - not getting my business!
