This. I honestly could only tell you the race of a handful of the authors I read because a)I know them I real life, or b)I follow them on social media. I couldn't begin to tell you the sexuality of them. Neither of these things matter to me as a reader! Don't blame Goodreads or the readers. Blame the freaking publishers
