I haven't been in a relationship too. But i do feel this with my closest friends. I'm not sure if that's the same.

You may have to genuinely be ok with yourself just a bit longer until you find such a person. Many people do not find this romantically, but it is more common with frienships.

It’s amazing, only if it’s felt the same for them as well, because if it’s not. It’s actually not a fun feeling at all. It’s just an ice cold home with no fire, where you’re keeping yourself warm.

I’ve been in a few relationships and I still wonder what it feels like to really connect with someone on a deeper level. Most of what I experienced was trauma which has made me think that it might be impossible to find “the one” but I tend to gravitate towards toxic people because I guess I just don’t know what healthy looks like due to growing up in environments where abusive relationships were normal. Maybe someday but for now solitude feels like the safest place although it can be lonely.

Honestly, the likelihood of you getting that in a relationship isn't that high. You'd just mistake the limerence for actual connection and then slowly resent each other as one or both aren't willing to listen to anymore. That's what romance is. I think you're doing fine and think should appreciate the happiness you give yourself instead of expecting it from another because they will likely disappoint you. Don't get me wrong, love exists but, most don't find it or put it in the work to have it.

It’s great but traumatic at the same time it feels awesome in the moment, but there’s no guarantee that that’s your person so then to know it might get taken away from you can be very traumatic. Kinda why I just stopped dating waiting on god to send me mine
