Was there someone in the car? I do often wonder if you ever say anything to these offenders. I have gotten to the point where if the opportunity arises then I have to say something as their behaviour will never change otherwise. Usually happens when I am driving as I hardly ride on the road anymore as there are just too many idiots in cars on the road.
