It’s very much like a third world country. The only people disagreeing are those who have never traveled Outside of Portland. Portland has so much wrong with it I don’t even know how to describe it.

16 小時內	Albert Iggi iggipop01	Portland took a big hit during the pandemic but it’s still Portland - neighborhood bars, good restaurants, music scene and the mountains and beaches an hour away.
