Well, after a slight set back at the beginning of this week (snapping something in my wrist) - I was finally able to get back in the kitchen today.
Part 1 of my final #BakeOff bake along: fruit scones! These were made with 00 flour, which gives a much more ‘tender’ crumb.
Tomorrow I’ll be tackling my savoury ones 🧀
