The difference between a health insurance CEO and say a general from an evil regime responsible for thousands of deaths, is that the CEO has no actual consequence to taking a moral stand against the suffering and death of the innocent. We’re not going to see a wave of early CEO retirements and resignations because this is a a morally indefendable, undeniably evil class of people.
