That’s not what’s being proposed. Medicare for All would have no copays or deductibles. It would be paid for through payroll taxes like Medicare, first $29k exempt. But it would cover everyone with no further “parts” to purchase. No payment at point of service. The plan is already written and funding and impact has been analyzed. It would save billions. Don’t call people dummy when you’re the uninformed one.
