Customer service makes or breaks a business. And today we experienced the most ridiculous, most outrageous and most mind boggling “customer service” ever! We went to the laconcharesort by marriotthotels to spend a beach day. We rented beach beds and umbrella. And we spend money on beers and food. But after 4 beers, I needed a bathroom break! And I WAS DENIED! Y’all! After spending money at this hotel they said we couldn’t use the bathroom that is LITERALLY ON THE BEACH!
