It took one hour, 17 minutes, and 6 seconds, 4 different customer service reps, and I forget how many “let me put you on holds” but my my mom’s landline phone wil be able to change from her old independent living apartment to her new assisted living one! She’s 85 and slowly losing her sight to glaucoma. She hates technology, is actually quite afraid of/uncomfortable with it so her TV and her connection to her family and friends through the phone mean a lot to her. It’s one thing I can do 1/2
