Definitely. We need much better mental health care here. I'm not sure if his issue was just a bad day or a mental health issue. I'd feel wrong diagnosing him based on an under-2 minute interaction, but we definitely need a whole lot of improvement in mental health care.

That may be true, but a lot of "normal" people feel free to be assholes. That's not mental illness, that's a personal choice.
