It's winter in Michigan. I'm feeling the seasonal blues in everyone around me. But you know what? Self-realization hits that I truly wish to overcome lethargy, rev up my zest, and become wholly energized. Like, say I'm working through my shift, I become mindful of just how great activity feels during the nadir of the year. Yum! Bring on them winter sports & rec! 3 decades hereabouts and life does not halt for the polar natives nor Santa's elves! No no!
