Did a gig last night with my old 80s Epiphone Sheraton. It was my first “proper” guitar and was only retired in 2010 when I upgraded to a 335. By the time it was mothballed it had long since lost its pickguard and had gained some early Bareknuckle Mules. A proper workhorse. Anyway, it’s been pressed back into service whilst my Gibson is in the shop and I’m so pleased I didn’t get rid of it. It’s like finding a very comfortable old pair of shoes. Wonderful.
