Whatever you do ... DO NOT put your @bathandbodyworks gift cards into the app! This isn't the first time a new, unused gift card has mysteriously been zeroed out. I contacted customer service and they told me it'll be 3-5 days to "investigate" it. The rep did try to say it was used (I just scratched the pin off today - so no it wasn't) so I asked where/when or what was bought. They couldn't tell me 😒 also this is a known issue I find after a Google search. 1/2 bathandbodyworks
