Dorothy Jean Tillman, a 17-year-old from Chicago, is graduating with a Ph.D. in integrated behavioral health from Arizona State University, having started college at age 10. Her research addresses mental health stigma, and she has established STEAM programs in Chicago, South Africa, and Ghana.
