I wish I had ways to help but I take Adderall (along with some other Rx meds). My anxiety is mainly centered around my perfectly functioning car. I’m absolutely certain something catastrophic will happen causing me to be in a world of debt, something will happen to one of my kids, or my house will need major repairs I can’t afford. Crazy stuff like that. It’s almost paranoia.
