Ngl when I talk to the pharmacist I apologize for having to deal with such stupid red tape all the time. Like today I had a pharmacist call to ask if the patient could have a triamcinolone cream instead of ointment and I said “I’m sorry you have to call to change something so simple and obvious that you should definitely be allowed to do it yourself” 😂
