Things can get overwhelming,and i want you to know that it's perfectly okay to feel tired,stress or You're allowed to feel what you're feeling . You don't have to push yourself to feel okay right away. it's okay to rest, to pause, and to just be. You're doing your best, and that's more than enough. Don't be afraid to lean on others when you need it. You've got this!
