To paraphrase: Stress (and the myriad associated responses) is usually prompted by: 1. Something you can’t do anything about, or… 2. Something you can do something about. So, the reaction / response is, essentially: For 1. Don’t do anything about it, and move on. (All going well.) For 2. Do something about it, and move on. Hope that makes sense. It is simple, often too simple to be managed. But the essence can help quell the stress.

Don’t be so focused on being great that you forget to be good.
