I'm neurotypical (I think), but one thing that is sensory hell to me is "boyfriend thumb". You know, when someone is holding your hand, and they caress with their thumb back and forth. Light repetitive touch on bare skin is *shudder* Like it physically hurts. It's worse if I'm on steroids for my asthma which makes my skin feel constantly bruised.
