Low cost airline is not a huge thing in China and is always criticized by the public for being too ‘efficient’. If u wanna fly within China with low cost airlines, try spring, CUA or 9air. As for the rest of Asia, Southeast Asia has the most budget airlines because of the high demand and relatively low income level. Air Asia is huge there and really covers a lot, which is consistent with their aim of allowing more ppl to flying. Scoot is also a nice choice, tho I personally never flew with them.
