Took the new tram line during rush hour today in Tallinn. Packed tram, yet nobody got on, or off, from the 4 new stops it passed. Surprise surprise, at the stop that is now next to the transferstop for bus/trams, people did get off and had to run back to transfer. 36.5 million euros for 4 new tramstops that nobody uses.
