Gonna add my 2 cents on food allergies; I was in hospital, and on 1 day out of 9, I was offered a meal. I cannot eat dairy. It's written on the whiteboard behind my head. I have a red and white striped hospital wristband. I speak to the person taking orders and order from the allergy-safe menu. All they have is baked potatoes. I order one. It arrives covered in dairy butter and they didn't notice the issue 😔 this happens way more often than you'd think 🙃
