Do you have a task app? I have a client who I do both business and personal tasks for and she just shares her task list with me, she’s so busy we rarely ever speak or have meetings, and she just adds to it whenever it comes to her and she never has to “tell me” to do something. Then, asking verbally/directly might come a little easier to you after you get used to that 🙂
