Not to alarm the people who are afraid of Worcester, MA getting gentrified, but I just saw two different doodles being walked by the new apartments by the MBTA station. And as someone who looks at demographics for veterinary startups all day, there is actually no better indicator of increasing household income than a doodle. I don’t make the rules. I’m just presenting facts.
