Forcing BCBS to drop their asinine anasthesia policy will have undoubtedly saved lives, should be considered a legal act of self-defense IMO. Unfortunately I predict they’ll try again in a few months once the new administration enters office and our attention becomes focused on all the heinous shit happening in Washington.
