The person who bought my Model 3 helped themselves to FSD, charging and premium on me. I removed the car from my account but Tesla is still making me pay for a vehicle that is no longer mine. I have never hated Tesla more, horrible CS and nobody seems to be able to tell me they’ll fix this other than the money will not be refunded. SMGDH.
