What about the shooters INSIDE the school. Can't have every classroom like that. How about chipping every gun with a tamper triggering alarm that sends an immediate emergency text to the school and police if a gun gets within a certain radius of school that aren't registered to police, allowing schools to lock down before the shooter gets close and sends the (spineless) police to the chips location. If they get tampered with it would alert police and all nearby places of possible target about -
