Key changes to the QLD Modification Handbook (Updated Sep 2024) • All certifiers are bound by the Professional Engineers Act (even certifiers who arent engineers) • Modification Records have no minimum time frame to be kept anymore (used to be min 7 years) • Detailed list of records MUST be kept by all certifiers (used to be suggested and not a requirement) such as photos, test reports, design packages, drawings, measurements etc

26 分鐘內	Danie Simpson danie_mon	This should (but prob wont) stop alot of the dodgy certifiers taking peoples money without doing a single thing. A few good ones weve seen are ADR numbers and Design Package numbers being made up on reports and certificates (ADRs are publicly available, it takes two seconds to at least write ADR numbers that exist😅) Mailing out of mod plates without testing or even seeing the vehicle. The best one was a certifier writing "Lane Change is good" as their test report 😅🤦‍♀️
