I have recently been introduced to naturally fermented wines and the jury is still out as far as how I feel about that spunky taste. I have also talked to people whose wine initiation started with natural wines found conventional wines flat and boring. I accept however, they both exit in the wino market, and with an open mind, I manage to find interesting new encounters.
