The most self important fuckers around: Doctors Receptionists! One hung up on me yesterday whilst I was trying to book a blood test. Had a routine app today just for checkups. Doc puts me down for multiple bloods. Go to book with the receptionist and realised it was the one from yesterday. Had to chuckle when she squirmed after I pointed out 'No chance of getting hung up on as I'm at the surgery!' 😆
