The music industry's been getting worse for artists since 2000 but especially for introverts. Music ain't the product anymore - it's a gateway for brand deals and merchandise which is where the real money is. But many musicians are introverts. And they hate selling - it's cringe to put yourself out there & sell. Gone are the days of the introverted genius songwriter who just wants to write tunes & earn royalty income from songs.
