Welp. Christmas went downhill quickly. Slipped on a patch of ice and fractured my knee. I'm hanging out in the ER indefinitely, trying to crack jokes and be jovial. I refuse to be upset. I'm lucky to have insurance and be otherwise healthy.

Night before in ER she was thinking to let everyone have their christmas, surgeon came in & said call in the crew, this is coming out now. I took her 5 foot tall stuffed teddy bear to her room in a wheelchair since she couldn't open it at home.

I had been hanging a lot with my friend Johnna, and she has the same sense of humor as me. Well, she made me dinner & we watched a movie on VCR. As I left the light rain had frozen on top of the snow and left a thin sheet of ice on her sidewalk. Upon noticing this, I caught myself, and in an attempt to mimic a professional ice skater, spun around…perfectly, for two revolutions. Unfortunately, my spin went 1/2
