Hello garlic powder! I made the mistake of nibbling on one of the dried garlic chips when it came out of the food dehydrator. Our garlic powder is definitely stronger than store bought. I used a mix of Asian Tempest, Inchelium Red, Georgian Fire,and another I can’t remember the name of. 🤷🏻‍♀️
